Spark Growth Marketing is a boutique digital marketing agency working with mid-market businesses across Western Australia. We run advertising, SEO, web development and content programs for our clients and we run them the way a strong in-house marketing team would, closely, accountably and with real numbers behind every decision. We’re a small team by design, so the person in this role will have direct visibility into every client account, not a narrow slice of one.
The Role
The Client Delivery Lead sits at the centre of how Spark actually gets work done for clients. Once our Head of Advertising & Client Delivery has scoped what a client needs, this role owns making it happen: coordinating with our advertising, SEO, web and content specialists, tracking progress, analysing results, and packaging all of it into the reporting and updates our clients see. You’ll be the person clients know they can always reach, and the person internally who keeps every moving part of a client’s account on track.
This is a coordination and delivery role, not a specialist execution role. You won’t be the one writing ad copy or building websites yourself, but you do need to understand advertising performance data well enough to know when something needs attention, and you need the organisational discipline to keep several client accounts moving at once.
What You'll Be Doing
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Build and deliver the performance reports and decks clients see, pulling together results across advertising, SEO, LinkedIn and web work.
- Read and interpret Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads performance data well enough to flag what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change.
- Turn outcomes from client performance meetings into clear, actioned tasks for the right specialist.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Coordinate with our Advertising Manager on optimisation actions coming out of client discussions.
- Coordinate with our SEO/GEO/AEO Strategist on content and technical priorities.
- Coordinate with our Web Developer on build, launch and update timelines.
- Coordinate organic LinkedIn output end to end, copy, imagery and scheduling, with the content team.
- Take scoped work from the Head of Advertising & Client Delivery and own the detail: gathering what's needed from the client, coordinating the internal draft, and managing revisions through to sign-off (for example, once we've agreed a client needs an updated Capability Statement, you run point on getting it done).
Client-Facing Delivery
- Be a client's day-to-day point of contact for delivery status, so they always know exactly who to go to.
- Get ahead of client questions by proactively flagging relevant industry shifts, search algorithm updates, AI and GEO developments, ad platform changes, cost trends, before clients have to ask.
- Manage feedback and revision cycles until the client is satisfied, then deliver the final result.
Service Line Ownership
- Website Development and Launch: track progress, manage timelines, coordinate client sign-off.
- Organic LinkedIn Posting: oversee the content pipeline through to publishing.
- Advertising Campaigns Management: coordinate optimisation actions and report on results.
- SEO / GEO / AEO: track progress against strategy and report on outcomes.
What You'll Need
Experience
- 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, account management, or digital project management role, agency-side experience strongly preferred.
- A track record of coordinating multiple specialists (paid media, SEO, web, content) to deliver client-facing work on time.
- Experience building and presenting performance reports or decks directly to clients.
- Comfortable working inside project management tools such as Monday.com.
Skills
- Strong written and spoken English, with a professional, confident client-facing manner.
- Data literacy: able to read Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and web analytics (GA4) dashboards and know what the numbers mean, without needing to execute the changes yourself.
- Sharp organisational skills, you can hold several client accounts and their moving parts in your head at once without dropping detail.
- A proactive, self-starting communication style, you'd rather over-communicate with a client than leave them wondering.
- Calm and solutions-focused when performance results are mixed or a client isn't happy.
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads platforms directly.
- Experience working with a remote, distributed team.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (for tracking build/launch progress, not development itself).
