Russell has a passion for global strategy, innovation, and ideas that move the world forward. He has spent his career working with businesses in more than 30 countries, building programs that focus on growth and value innovation. During this time, he has had the opportunity to live and work in Boston, Singapore, and New York. 

It was this experience that led Russell to start his entrepreneurial ventures. He saw the leading business and marketing practices happening on the global stage and wanted to extend them to as many organisations as possible.
